Different kinds of 'voices' when it comes to making something:

'' Tackling perfectionism by making things that don't have to be perfect. Either for my friends or my own different 'voices'. The act of making things with my hands could mend my anxiety.''

''You can do it, last time you did it too!''
''You can't do it. You're not good enough, you will never be good enough. Everyone else is better than you.''

''What if you fail?''
Optimistic
Pessimistic
Anxiety
Praise/encourage
How to mend it with a 'gift':
Clear thinking, empty mind,peace
Clear thinking, transparency, different perspective
Progress
When I feel anxious for example, I like to fidget with something. I need to feel something between my fingers to stay calm and/or focus. I used to bring gemstones with me when I felt bad or anxious, this always helped me through the day.

This kind of started since my mom gave me a gemstone specifically for a big test I had to take. I already collected gemstones since I was four years old, but this was somewhat different to me. To actually bring something with me to help me through something was new to me.

The only problem I had was that I always carried it in my pocket. But that did not really feel 'safe'. It could fall out of it when I reached for something else in my pocket, or it could get damaged.

I think for this project I could try to make something so I can carry this with me where I go.
